Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.

Return Policy: 

1) The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.

2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.

3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer. Dispatch your returned items via any courier company and share the tracking details on WhatsApp. 

4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.

5) Return and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item.

6) In case of a Cash Return, the amount returned will be the amount after deducting the delivery charges and a 4% tax (Return amount= Total order amount - 4% - delivery charges). Return amount will be processed in 8-10 working days after receiving the return item.

7) Items bought in sale or any other discount offer can not be returned.

8) Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).

9) International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
